Future of the N.O.P.
It is not our intention to take in as many birds as possible, but if birds are brought to us, they will always be welcome at the 'Parrot park'.
Often the birds have spent many years in a small cage. Now they are placed in a spacious aviary and sometimes they even find a partner. Although we generally DO NOT consciously breed with the birds, there have been cases in which healthy young birds were born.
Ever since the parrot park opened its gates we managed to realize great extensions. In addition to the renovations, which will always be necessary, we aim to develop our facilities.
Some of our short term plans are:

replacing our current entrance gate with a new entrance

improving and expanding the facilities of our Parrot Hospital

building a new canteen for our volunteers
We will always continue to offer the animals the safe home that they deserve!
